The apartment on the ground floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious living room with kitchen. In the summer, a table set can be used in the garden for breakfast with a view of the surrounding mountains.
Equipment: dishwasher, microwave, hob, exhaust hood, fridge with freezer, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, TV and radio.
The house Arieda has recently been renovated according to the criteria of the "Klimahaus (climate house) certification", in order to offer its’ guests all comfort in an environmentally friendly way.

Booking conditions
The booking will be confirmed with a down payment. The down payment won't be refunded in the case of cancellation, delayed arrival or an anticipated departure by the guest. For any litigation the competent court is that of Bolzano and the valid Italian law will be applied. |
